3M™ Acrylic High Temperature Tape 7414L is a single coated tape with 0.025 mm polyimide film backing and acrylic adhesive for high temperature applications. Linered version of 3M tape 7414.
A non-silicone tape designed for masking or protecting surfaces exposed to high temperatures where easy, residue-free removal is required. In particular, this tape has been designed for clean removal from typical electronic packaging substrates such as FR4, polyimide and gold plated areas.
