The Elpress KL2585 is a powerful hydraulic cable cutting head designed for use with Elpress pumps, based on the proven V250 system. Delivering an impressive 242 kN of cutting force, it is capable of handling a wide range of cable types with precision. The interchangeable blades allow flexibility and extended service life, while the 85 mm cutting diameter enables it to cut up to four 150 mm² copper conductors, as well as aluminium, paper, and plastic insulated cables of up to Ø 85 mm. The KL2585 can also cut steel reinforced cable (excluding steel wire reinforced cable). For operator comfort, it is compatible with ERGO and ERGOCOM handles (PS710E), and it comes supplied in a durable plywood box for secure transport and storage. A brass bolt ground point is provided on the cutting head for safe operation.

Application:

Cutting large copper and aluminium cables up to Ø 85 mm.
Cutting steel reinforced cables (not steel wire reinforced).
Suitable for use with Elpress hydraulic pumps in power, utility, and industrial environments.
