Elpress through connectors with heat shrink insulation are designed for secure and long-lasting conductor splicing, especially in demanding environments. Manufactured from 99.95% high-purity copper, with a tin-plated (Cu/Sn) finish, they provide excellent conductivity and protection against corrosion. The contact sleeve is made from copper pipe, ensuring strong and reliable crimping.

The insulation consists of a heat shrink sleeve with hot melt adhesive inside, which melts during shrinking to form a tight, sealed connection. This provides both mechanical protection and moisture resistance, ensuring reliable performance even in harsh conditions.

Available in sizes from 0.5 mm² to 6 mm², these connectors are ideal for applications where secure splicing and environmental sealing are required, such as outdoor installations, automotive wiring, and industrial equipment.
