3M™ Heat Resistive Polyimide Tape 7416Y is a heat resistive polyimide process tape. 3M tape 7416Y consists of thermally cross-linkable acrylic copolymer to provide good initial adhesion and to help prevent unexpected adhesion build up even after high temperature processes.
